Physical AI projects (FrodoBots, PrismaX, OpenMind) sit at the most ambitious intersection — physical robots, real hardware, crypto-native data markets and incentives. The category is correct: somewhere in the next decade, robot fleets will need decentralized coordination and crypto rails are a plausible answer. The current cohort is uneven. Some have shipped hardware and real users. Others are decks.
